Key responsibilities & impact

Define and execute the enterprise strategy for Observability, AIOps, SRE, and incident intelligence
Lead global teams responsible for platforms, practices, and product roadmaps enabling 24x7 operational visibility and resilience
Drive transformation from reactive monitoring to predictive, AI-assisted operations
Advance telemetry standards, improve signal quality, and scale automation across the incident lifecycle
Partner with engineering, platform, and application teams to embed observability into design, build, and run practices
Lead vendor strategy, platform rationalization, and cost optimization
Build partnerships across engineering, infrastructure, architecture, risk, and control functions
Establish governance and guardrails for AI- and LLM-enabled operational workflows
Improve service availability and reduce customer-impacting outages
Enable faster recovery and proactive issue prevention
Enhance reliability of digital and core banking platforms

Requirements

What you’ll need

Undergraduate degree, Technical Certificate or equivalent experience
15+ years of development and technology delivery experience
Agile Delivery Experience preferred
Strong experience with APM, event management, operational automation, and reporting platforms
Experience with Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk, PagerDuty, RunDeck, and Power BI
Ability to influence senior stakeholders, lead through ambiguity, align teams to measurable outcomes, and create a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
Occasional domestic travel
Ability to perform sedentary work, multiple tasks, operate standard office equipment, concentrate for long periods, read/write/comprehend instructions, and perform basic arithmetic continuously
Ability to respond quickly to sounds, sit, stand, walk, move safely in confined spaces, lift/carry under 25 lbs., squat, bend, and reach forward occasionally
