About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform support functions for Loan Processors in Residential Mortgage and Consumer Lending
  • Handle requests from operations and business partners, including regulatory disclosures
  • Work daily and multi-daily reports
  • Check and verify files, work, and information submitted by others
  • Ensure reviewed materials are accurate and complete
  • Complete assigned work within the department’s service level agreement
  • Perform routine mailings of disclosures and letters
  • Research matters within standard policies and procedures
  • Take appropriate action and escalate files with concerns to a supervisor
  • Perform occasional domestic travel and routine office-based work

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Related experience required
  • Knowledge of company policy and applicable regulations
  • Demonstrated ability to apply standardized sets of parameters to specific problems or files
  • Basic organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize activities based on business objectives
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Disclosure experience preferred
  • Must be able to commute into one of the following office locations: Mount Laurel, NJ; Greenville, SC; or Jacksonville, FL
  • Ability to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including Dodd Frank, RESPA, Fair Lending, Know Your Customer, Bank Secrecy Act, and applicable anti-money laundering policies
