About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Head of Business Management and US CCO in advancing strategic priorities, leadership commitments, operational execution, and regulatory initiatives
  • Lead strategic prioritization for US Compliance, including developing and tracking strategic plans and identifying emerging priorities
  • Develop, refine, and maintain executive-level PowerPoint presentations and materials for senior leadership, the Board of Directors, regulators, governance forums, and key stakeholders
  • Translate complex regulatory, risk, operational, and business information into executive insights, messaging, presentations, and decision-support materials
  • Prepare and coordinate materials for senior leadership meetings, governance forums, regulatory exams, and executive engagements
  • Establish and maintain management routines, tracking mechanisms, dashboards, and leadership reporting
  • Partner across lines of business and corporate functions to coordinate high-priority initiatives and drive execution
  • Apply business and regulatory knowledge to identify risks and opportunities and support decision-making
  • Lead or contribute to complex, enterprise-impacting cross-functional initiatives
  • Build relationships with senior and executive stakeholders and foster cross-functional collaboration
  • Balance long-term strategic planning with near-term and ad hoc priorities
  • Contribute to strategic direction, policies, processes, procedures, governance meetings, action plans, and remediation initiatives
  • Monitor emerging regulatory requirements, assess impacts, escalate issues, and maintain risk management and control processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Undergraduate degree
  • 7+ years relevant experience
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills and ability to create polished, executive-ready presentations
  • Experience developing executive-level presentations, including Board and/or regulatory presentations
  • Experience supporting senior or executive leadership in business management, strategy, operations, or similar capacity
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Executive presence and judgment when interacting with senior and executive stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and independently drive initiatives to completion
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance environments
  • Ability to translate regulatory expectations into actionable business priorities
  • Ability to connect enterprise objectives, regulatory requirements, and operational priorities
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accurate, high-quality deliverables
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, highly scrutinized regulatory environment
  • Management consulting experience is a plus
