Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of business management activities for complex or high-risk functional areas
  • Implement policies, processes, and initiatives supporting business management, strategy, and governance objectives
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the business management function
  • Plan, lead, manage, and oversee work activities aligned across multiple areas
  • Lead integrated implementation of policies, processes, procedures, and changes across functional areas
  • Provide subject matter expertise on enterprise and cross-functional projects and initiatives
  • Identify, design, and test solutions and support implementation

  • Manage relationships with corporate and control functions and ensure alignment with enterprise and regulatory requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Undergraduate degree
  • 7+ years relevant experience
  • Specialized business management knowledge
  • Ability to manage complex or high-risk functional areas
  • Ability to lead complex projects and initiatives integrating cross-functional processes
  • Ability to oversee or independently perform tasks end to end
  • Knowledge of business management, strategy, governance, policies, processes, and procedures
  • Ability to assess regulatory requirements, risks, controls, and business impacts
  • Ability to facilitate executive-level discussions and provide strategic thought leadership
  • Ability to work across multiple teams and functional domains
  • Ability to use standard office equipment
  • Ability to perform sedentary work and multiple tasks continuously
  • Ability to travel domestically occasionally
