About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide dedicated operational and business support for Adobe Workfront and Quickbase
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of business application management activities as business lead and functional expert
  • Develop and lead business application strategy roadmaps
  • Approve and prioritize technology change deployments
  • Coordinate with leaders to determine capabilities and prioritize new programs
  • Establish and oversee budgets and ensure approved funds support business objectives
  • Implement and oversee risk controls, privacy, legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Map current and future-state processes and drive operational and continuous improvements
  • Support change management and communications for application, feature, function, business rule, and process changes
  • Manage risk and audit assessments, including BARA/BTRA, Basel, ORM review, and pRCSA
  • Oversee SLA adherence, issue management, vendor management, user group support, and application adoption
  • Own and maintain a three-year application roadmap
  • Manage application strategy, delivery, performance, access, data availability and integrity, data retention, remediation alignment, priorities, plans, and communications
  • Manage deployment and change initiatives for owned applications
  • Own and manage application and technology budgets
  • Provide business subject matter expertise for project artifacts and enterprise programs
  • Ensure application compliance with risk, privacy, data lifecycle, and customer information protection requirements
  • Manage access approvals and access attestations
  • Review and approve project intake requests and project documentation
  • Track project progress and support monthly project and executive dashboard reporting
  • Build relationships with business, technology, vendor, and stakeholder groups
  • Communicate planned system outages to business partners
  • Lead implementation and optimization of solutions
  • Mentor colleagues, support knowledge transfer, and contribute to team development
  • Keep current on emerging trends and developments in the business and related tools

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Undergraduate degree or technical certificate
  • 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Advanced knowledge of businesses and applications supported
  • Knowledge of the bank's PDLC methodology, business testing, project management, change management, and governance standards
  • Knowledge of function policies, procedures, and practices
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of current and emerging competitor and market trends
  • Skill in using analytical software tools, data analysis methods, and reporting techniques
  • Skill in mentoring/coaching others
  • Skill in using computer applications including MS Office
  • Effective oral and written communication
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Sound judgment in decision-making
  • Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
  • Ability to contribute to strategic direction and advise senior leadership
  • Experience providing end-to-end business application support, including user support, troubleshooting, access assistance, reporting, training, and documentation
  • Experience supporting Adobe Workfront, Quickbase, or comparable workflow and low-code platforms
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into workflow or application improvements
  • Experience supporting enhancements through requirements, testing, implementation, and post-launch support
  • Experience developing test scenarios and coordinating user acceptance testing
  • Experience creating reports, job aids, training materials, and user guidance
  • Experience supporting change management, user adoption, and continuous improvement
  • Experience working with Marketing teams, technology partners, vendors, or external agencies
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or ServiceNow
  • Business Analysis certification is considered an asset
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future need for TD sponsorship
