About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive end-to-end change leadership for people, process, and technology impacts in the US Retail Store Network
  • Support change and program delivery pillars, ensuring critical deliverables are met and changes are accounted for
  • Lead development and implementation of business-specific and enterprise-wide programs
  • Design, develop, implement, monitor, report on, and resolve issues for specialized functional areas
  • Implement coaching tools and programs, provide follow-up support, and measure effectiveness
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and coach or educate others
  • Coordinate and integrate work with other areas
  • Provide advanced analysis and specialized reporting to business partners and centers of expertise
  • Support development and execution of diverse programs, tools, and activities
  • Provide expertise and guidance on programs and related reporting
  • Work with business partners and external service providers to resolve issues, streamline processes, and implement solutions
  • Monitor service providers, service levels, and contracts
  • Assess legislative developments and recommend policy or program changes
  • Lead projects implementing program and policy changes

  • Ensure programs and policies meet business needs, internal and external requirements, and business priorities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Undergraduate degree and/or 5+ years relevant experience
  • Proficient knowledge of multiple business program and delivery disciplines
  • Knowledge of strategy development and consulting principles
  • Knowledge of supported lines of business, banking industry, and product/customer markets
  • Knowledge of current and emerging competitor and market trends
  • Knowledge of risk management environment, standards and regulations
  • Ability to manage a budget and work within budget constraints
  • Ability to lead, plan, implement, and evaluate program/project activities
  • Sound judgment in decision-making
  • Effective oral and written communication
  • Skill in analytical software tools, data analysis methods, and reporting techniques
  • Skill in computer applications including MS Office
  • Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Ability to maintain compliance with internal and external requirements
  • Occasional domestic travel; no international travel
