About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide specialized business management guidance and support for a functional area
  • Implement policies, processes, and initiatives supporting business management, strategy, and governance objectives
  • Execute oversight activities supporting the subservicing relationship
  • Oversee business continuity, issue management, audit and examination coordination, policy and procedure governance, records retention, and GSE/Investor/Regulatory 1B oversight
  • Collaborate with TD’s subservicing partner and cross-functional internal business partners
  • Work independently as a senior analyst and subject matter expert
  • Coach and educate others
  • Oversee and independently perform tasks end to end
  • Advise management and teams, identify issues and opportunities, and recommend actions
  • Lead implementation of initiatives supporting business/function strategy
  • Coordinate business management activities across multiple areas
  • Support integrated implementation of policies, processes, procedures, and changes
  • Provide subject matter expertise and input to projects and initiatives
  • Develop complex reporting, analysis, and assessments
  • Develop and deliver presentations and communications
  • Review processes and activities, identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, and support risk mitigation
  • Establish relationships across business and technology partners, program and project managers
  • Participate in knowledge transfer within the team and business units
  • Perform occasional domestic travel and continuous sedentary, multitasking, office-equipment, sitting, concentration, reading, writing, and arithmetic activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Undergraduate degree
  • 5+ years relevant experience
  • Issue and exam management experience preferred
  • Mortgage experience preferred
  • Must live a commutable distance from Jacksonville, FL; Charlotte, NC; Mount Laurel, NJ; Greenville, SC; Lewiston, ME; or Portland, ME
  • Ability to provide complex reporting, analysis, and assessments
  • Ability to implement policies, processes, procedures, and initiatives
  • Business management, strategy, governance, and oversight knowledge
  • Ability to collaborate with internal business partners and subservicing partners
  • Ability to use analytical tools and techniques
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions
  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic
