Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows, applications, dashboards, and reporting solutions using Microsoft technologies
  • Use Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Copilot, and SharePoint to improve operational efficiency, strengthen controls, and enhance data quality
  • Apply data analytics and visualization techniques to generate insights for executive and management decision-making
  • Support the development, execution, and continuous enhancement of the FCRM governance automation roadmap and strategic initiatives
  • Contribute to FCRM automation forums and working groups by coordinating meetings, preparing materials, tracking actions, and monitoring progress
  • Collaborate with FCRM stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable automation solutions
  • Review and challenge business requirements for strategic alignment, governance compliance, and long-term sustainability
  • Complete and maintain governance, risk, and control assessments and supporting evidence
  • Conduct solution testing, validation, and quality checks
  • Monitor and maintain automation solutions, identify enhancements, and resolve issues
  • Develop procedures, user guides, training materials, job aids, and technical specifications
  • Track emerging technologies, industry trends, and leading practices in automation, artificial intelligence, data analytics, and Microsoft platforms
  • Build relationships with business, governance, technology, and risk stakeholders
  • Promote innovation, continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making, and responsible AI adoption across FCRM

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 3 years of experience designing, developing, and supporting automation solutions using Microsoft technologies such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, and Copilot
  • Experience working in Financial Crime Risk Management (FCRM), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), compliance, risk management, governance, audit, or a related field
  • University degree in Business or Computer Science and Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) preferred
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and quality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple teams
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing business needs
  • Ability to deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment
