About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze data across multiple sources to identify trends, risks, and performance insights
- Apply business analysis techniques, including root-cause analysis, to identify control gaps and data inefficiencies
- Translate complex data and findings into clear, actionable governance, control, and risk insights
- Build reports, interactive dashboards, tools, and self-service analytics capabilities
- Identify, assess, and recommend improvements to governance, control, and risk-management processes
- Use data, KPIs, and performance insights to monitor process health and measure impact
- Lead automation, standardization, and best-practice adoption across Governance & Control programs
- Engage cross-functional teams to align business needs with technology solutions
- Manage requirements, influence decision-making, and lead initiatives through launch
- Foster innovation, collaboration, and colleague development
Requirements
What you’ll need- Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps, is a strong asset
- Strong ability to analyze data, understand trends, and build recommendations for decision making
- Ability to assess business challenges and identify opportunities to drive improvement
- Experience managing multiple initiatives and working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to translate data into a compelling story and drive insights and recommendations
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with control programs such as RCM, SOX, and RCSA is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
