About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support TD’s Fusion Centre Fusion Incident Management team
  • Facilitate incident response and timely information sharing with Senior Executives
  • Book and host incident response and risk mitigation calls
  • Create and update incident response documentation
  • Draft and issue communications for complex threats, events, and incidents
  • Participate in the rotating on-call schedule and respond to incidents outside normal business hours when required
  • Liaise with stakeholders during cyber incidents, cyber-fraud events, and crisis events
  • Facilitate taskforce meetings and communication bridges
  • Work with internal stakeholders throughout the incident management lifecycle
  • Create non-technical communication materials regarding emerging events
  • Manage the incident Confluence site, JIRA task triaging, and workstream assignment
  • Facilitate incident response calls, take minutes, and track action items
  • Conduct internal assessments of TD’s readiness against scenarios experienced by external parties
  • Establish and maintain Fusion FIM communication and coordination playbooks
  • Maintain the list of Fusion Centre response partners and contribute to continuous process improvement
  • Contribute to Fusion communication products and regular Fusion Centre reporting
  • Build and maintain relationships with business units and key stakeholders
  • Adhere to policies, procedures, technology control standards, and regulatory guidelines
  • Review internal activities and processes, identify improvement opportunities, and escalate issues appropriately

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University Degree
  • 5 - 7 years of relevant experience
  • Previous work experience in Crisis Management, Cyber Security, Threat/Cyber Intelligence, SOC, CSIRT, Fraud/Cyber-Fraud or incident management considered a strong asset
  • Knowledge and background in Information Technology, Information Security, Fraud/Cyber-Fraud or Cyber Security considered an advantage
  • Information Security, Incident Management or Investigation certificate/accreditation/experience is a plus
  • Experience in incident coordination and preparedness with the ability to provide timely analysis and documentation for incident and exercise reporting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to exercise judgment and communicate complex issues clearly and understandably
  • Experience working with executive audiences, senior leadership, and varying levels of stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines and tasks with varying priority levels
  • Strong time management, organization skills, and business acumen
  • Understanding of TD’s organizational structure, infrastructure, products, and services
