About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with assigned clients and internal partners
  • Provide direction and guidance on optimal technology solutions and services
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of the Actimize CTR program from requirements through deployment
  • Own delivery timelines, scope, risks, and resource planning across multiple workstreams
  • Manage program governance, reporting, decision forums, and executive updates
  • Oversee Actimize implementation for CTR detection, workflow, routing, and filing
  • Coordinate with Actimize vendor teams on rules configuration, data integration, testing, performance tuning, and defect resolution
  • Ensure solutions follow bank architecture, security, and operational standards
  • Manage delivery activities for vendor consultants, offshore/onshore resources, and internal engineering teams
  • Track vendor deliverables, SLAs, technical design quality, and milestones
  • Facilitate collaboration across engineering, QA, data, infrastructure, and DevOps teams
  • Direct large-scale applications and projects across multiple product lines and businesses
  • Oversee a sizeable and varied team of technology professionals
  • Champion strategic alliances and operational improvements
  • Support customer service strategy and improve partner/customer experience
  • Set team goals, build capability, and develop and retain diverse technology teams
  • Lead, coach, and develop a highly effective team while supporting training and performance management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate
  • 10+ years related experience
  • Expert knowledge of business and bank technology standards, including infrastructure, architecture, processes, and applications
  • Experience managing/directing teams and projects
  • Sound knowledge of external competition and emerging industry/market trends
  • Experience implementing CTR modules using Actimize ECM or ActOne preferred
  • Background in AML transaction monitoring and case management platforms preferred
  • Knowledge of Oracle, Azure, cloud environments, or containerized deployments preferred
  • Must sit onsite in a hybrid arrangement in Charlotte, NC; Mount Laurel, NJ; or Fort Lauderdale, FL
  • Ability to perform sedentary work and operate standard office equipment
  • Occasional domestic travel; no international travel
