About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure a development team creates organizational value through customer-focused product increments
- Align with Product Owners and senior management to follow the product vision
- Create and maintain a prioritized product backlog
- Manage delivery blockers and continuously assess customer feedback
- Maximize product and delivery-process value and drive continuous improvement
- Promote Agile principles of transparency, collaboration, and engagement
- Lead or provide expertise to Product Owners, Business System Analysts, Data Analysts, and Specialists
- Define requirements for Enterprise Customer MDM/C360
- Execute implementation of modern, performant, operational, and analytical enterprise MDM
- Partner with lines of business, enterprise functions, Enterprise Data Management Office, and 1B teams
- Identify opportunities to enhance productivity, effectiveness, and operational efficiency
- Communicate changes and help drive decisions for the enterprise customer master platform
- Translate business requirements into Features, Epics, and Stories for team execution
- Document and communicate functional data models
- Develop and execute validation plans, functional testing, and user acceptance validation
- Define operating models and data stewardship for lines of business within MDM
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience defining and managing detailed requirements, operating models, Features, Epics, and user stories for Enterprise MDM/C360 platforms
- Experience partnering with multiple lines of business and enterprise functions on customer profile requirements
- Knowledge of leading-edge technology trends
- Experience with Data Quality, Match and Merge concepts and data analysis
- Knowledge of the banking space, especially the customer data domain
- Experience working in the Master Data Management (MDM) space
- Ability to communicate change effectively and drive enterprise decision-making
- Ability to translate business requirements into Features, Epics, and Stories
- Ability to validate application requirements against business processes, project scope, and integration architecture
- Experience developing functional data models aligned with business processes and objectives
- Experience eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for data implementation projects
- Experience developing and executing validation plans, functional testing, and validation against user acceptance criteria
- Ability to define operating models and data stewardship processes within MDM
- Ability to work autonomously as a senior/lead and coach or educate others
