About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop components of solutions focused on analytics, support, testing, and proof of concepts aligned with business and technology objectives
  • Develop and program applications and systems to provide solutions to business problems
  • Research, install, maintain, configure, administer, and/or provision systems and applications as needed
  • Develop program specifications
  • Adapt, integrate, code, test, and debug programs
  • Execute assigned programs and technical tasks independently
  • Use existing procedures to solve routine problems and make limited exceptions
  • Perform sedentary work and operate standard office equipment
  • Respond to sounds, sit, stand, walk, move safely in confined spaces, lift/carry under 25 pounds, squat, bend, and reach forward as required
  • Travel domestically occasionally

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Undergraduate degree, Postgraduate degree or Technical Certificate
  • Strong academic background, such as computer science or engineering
  • 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Advanced knowledge of specific domain or range of engineering frameworks, technology, tools, processes and procedures
  • Advanced knowledge of technology, tools, programming languages, processes, and procedures
  • Ability to perform complex to difficult technical tasks independently
  • Salesforce Technologies knowledge
  • Salesforce Loyalty Management implementation experience
  • Preferred Salesforce Application Architect certification
  • Preferred Salesforce System Architect certification
  • Preferred Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification
  • Preferred Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Preferred Salesforce Loyalty Management Accredited Professional certification
  • Preferred graduate degree in a related discipline
  • Preferred Financial Services industry experience
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Loyalty Management, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
  • Knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Flow and Process Automation, and Salesforce APIs and Integration Patterns
  • Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs, MuleSoft or equivalent integration platforms, SQL and relational database concepts, event-driven architecture, and data migration and ETL tools
  • Knowledge of Java 8+, Python, Git, CI/CD pipelines, Salesforce DX, and Copado, Gearset, or equivalent DevOps tools
  • Knowledge of solution architecture, integration architecture, enterprise security and governance, performance optimization, and release and environment management
  • Ability to perform sedentary work, operate standard office equipment, concentrate for long periods, read/write/comprehend instructions, and perform basic arithmetic continuously
  • Ability to travel domestically occasionally
