About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and own end-to-end solution architecture across the TDI ecosystem, including channels, Guidewire, integrations, vendor systems, and downstream systems
Design scalable solutions across Guidewire ClaimCenter and GWCP aligned with business outcomes
Define and govern integration architecture using APIs, event-driven patterns, and messaging across enterprise and vendor ecosystems
Establish and enforce architecture standards, data models, and solution patterns
Lead architecture reviews, design governance, and technical oversight
Collaborate with business, engineering, and vendors to translate requirements into scalable solutions
Drive proofs of concept, innovation, and adoption of cloud and modern capabilities, including AI, automation, and digital channels

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience as a Solution Architect on Guidewire (ClaimCenter) and GWCP implementations
Strong expertise in Guidewire Cloud capabilities (Integration Gateway, App Events, Claims AutoPilot)
Solid background in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance, preferably in Claims domain
Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end architecture for large-scale programs
Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns (API, event-driven, messaging)
Experience with cloud-native architecture (AWS preferred) and DevOps practices (CI/CD)
Proven experience in architecture governance, design reviews, and technical leadership
