About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze product-level activity, material balance movements, and emerging liquidity issues
  • Translate complex financial and regulatory data into actionable liquidity insights for management and stakeholders
  • Conduct analysis, reporting, monitoring, forecasting, and reconciliation activities
  • Develop liquidity methodology, assumptions, processes, policies/frameworks, and systems
  • Develop, implement, and maintain systems and applications to extract data from product systems
  • Prepare and present funding and risk management reports
  • Evaluate intraday and cashflow forecasting related to cash management
  • Analyze liability and asset portfolio changes, evaluate trends, and reconcile cash flow activity
  • Evaluate product and customer behavior in stress scenarios and provide funding concentration views
  • Participate in stress testing and provide a Liquidity SME perspective
  • Support regulatory and internal management reporting
  • Support reviews with first-line, second-line, and third-line functions
  • Conduct research projects and support presentations and communications to management
  • Lead projects or workstreams within broader projects
  • Identify and lead problem resolution
  • Collaborate with team members, transfer knowledge, and provide training, coaching, or guidance
  • Manage confidential information and escalate issues and risks appropriately
  • Keep current with emerging trends and regulatory requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Undergraduate degree preferred
  • Experience working in SQL
  • Experience working in Python
  • Experience applying approved artificial intelligence tools to research, analysis, knowledge discovery, or workflow improvement
  • Prior experience in banking and/or financial services preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to perform sedentary work continuously
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks continuously
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment continuously
  • Ability to concentrate for long periods continuously
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions continuously
  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic continuously
  • Occasional domestic travel
