About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform specialized operational tasks supporting one or more US Wealth Management lines of business
  • Perform basic administrative support tasks while maintaining quality in reporting and responding to internal and external clients
  • Perform basic processing
  • Confirm and enter transactions into systems according to established policies and procedures
  • Resolve transaction problems by communicating with client-facing advisors, clients, and third-party advisors
  • Prepare detailed information and reports on transactions and accounts under oversight
  • Provide direction and answer basic questions
  • Adhere to established quality standards
  • Support Trackers, phones, and email to advise and assist client-facing CSAs
  • Review basic reconciliation breaks

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Undergraduate Degree or High School Diploma with 3+ years related experience required
  • A minimum of SIE & Series 99 registration is required; if hired without licenses, candidate will need to acquire within a defined period outlined at time of hire
  • Knowledge of accounting entries and procedures
  • Knowledge of trust operations processes
  • Strong arithmetic skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • PC skills
  • Competence in at least one core Wealth System: Tracker, Netx360, or FIS Trust Desk
  • Ability to use role-specific systems such as Fidelity, Lotus Notes, and Transtar as needed
