About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Close financial accounts monthly within set deadlines
- Monitor and complete service tax returns and company cash flow position
- Maintain neat and organized filing of finance- and legal-related documentation
- Prepare schedules for year-end audit purposes
- Execute treasury and banking matters with banks
- Generate accurate reports for the Accountant and Group Finance Director
- Perform other duties assigned by management within the employment category
- Support effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of TDCX’s Quality Management System
Requirements
What you’ll need- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Self-starter with the ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow
- Able to work in fast paced, high growth company
- Strong analytical skills, hardworking and good initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market
