Key responsibilities & impact

Provide excellent customer support through all relevant communication channels.
Identify customer needs and research existing issues to provide strategic solutions.
Ensure first-contact resolution and effective follow-up with service partners and internal departments.
Provide constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to improve workflow and customer experience.
Deliver services according to procedures to maximize customer satisfaction.
Build sustainable customer relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
Perform other duties assigned by management within the employment category and support the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of TDCX’s Quality Management System.

What you’ll need

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master's Degree in any field.
Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations.
Ability to multi-task and use information provided by customers to tailor responses and actions to meet specific needs.
Strong communication skills, including effective listening, empathizing with customers, and good phone etiquette.
Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems; ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
