About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Close incoming sales opportunities by selling product benefits to meet short-term goals, objectives, and quotas
- Assist customers with order placement and provide product information and advice
- Recommend products, services, and solutions that fulfill customer needs
- Deliver service meeting Sales, Quality, and Productivity metrics and exceed daily and monthly targets
- Recognize, document, and escalate customer issues or trends through appropriate channels
- Maintain product knowledge by attending training workshops and staying current on product materials
- Perform other duties assigned by management within the scope of employment and support the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of TDCX’s Quality Management System
Requirements
What you’ll need- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master's Degree in any field
- Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems, with ability to learn and adapt to new systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market
