Assess and make outbound calls to potential clients using specific source details.
Develop an understanding of business profiles, needs, and expectations.
Determine callers’ online advertising goals.
Develop and maintain strong knowledge of available tools and systems.
Set reasonable and clear expectations that lead to satisfied customers.
Communicate clearly with colleagues to ensure high-quality customer service.
Perform other duties assigned by management within the employment category and support the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of TDCX’s Quality Management System.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Successful track record in directly driving business.
Strong motivation.
Passion for sales and genuine interest in online marketing.
Creative mindset and good understanding of client’s needs.
Strong communication skills and a flair for selling creative market solutions.
Fluent in verbal and written English and native in the language of the supporting market.
