About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, own, and strategize the Information Security and Data Privacy Program
- Conduct frequent risk and privacy impact assessments to identify security gaps and risks
- Recommend and track the accomplishment of mitigation plans
- Create, develop, and update Information Security and Data Privacy policies, guidelines, and procedures
- Ensure alignment with ISO, PCI DSS, the Data Privacy Act, and other applicable frameworks
- Create Information Security and Risk Knowledge Management for continuous organizational awareness and education
- Review client, vendor, and third-party agreements for compliance with required controls and applicable laws
- Serve as an information security and data privacy subject matter expert for internal functions and subcontractors
- Perform other assigned duties supporting the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of TDCX's Quality Management System
Requirements
What you’ll need- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master's Degree in any field
- Preferable with 3–5 years of working experience in the related field
- Knowledge and experience in information privacy laws and their implementing rules and regulations
- Knowledge of information systems and internal controls
- Demonstrated excellent organization, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Exposure to working in a multicultural international environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market
