About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Master and apply Community and Safety Policy guidelines to maintain a safe and fun gaming environment
- Monitor the market’s pop culture scene and current affairs and assess their impact on players and interactions
- Enforce Community and Safety Policy with tact and precision
- Respond swiftly and effectively to Trust & Safety support tickets
- Collaborate with the Trust & Safety Lead on escalations and in-game security incidents
- Contribute knowledge and skills to wider Trust & Safety projects and improve safety policies and guidelines
Requirements
What you’ll need- Required to perform a language proficiency test in both English and Portuguese
- Experience working with online/gaming communities, either professionally or as a hobby
- Demonstrable understanding of current/pop culture within your language/market
- Additional languages are a nice to have
- Time spent abroad is a nice to have
- Strong engagement with words and culture is valued
