About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and drive the digital and technology strategy for ICT Engineering functions
- Act as the interface between Engineering business leaders, the TEIS organization, and the ICT Analytics team
- Translate business priorities into a value-driven, multi-year digital and technology roadmap
- Identify and drive digital transformation and AI opportunities across Engineering processes and capabilities
- Align Business Unit priorities with technical teams’ strategies and enterprise platforms such as Planisware, TEBIT, SAP, analytics, and AI capabilities
- Own and oversee the portfolio of digital products and services for Engineering
- Facilitate prioritization of digital initiatives with business leadership
- Ensure initiatives align with ICT governance, architecture standards, cybersecurity requirements, resources, and business value
- Assess current and future digital and data capabilities, process maturity, tools, and skills
- Support transition to a product- and platform-oriented operating model
- Communicate business demand and roadmap priorities to TEIS service delivery and CoE leads
- Align local and global initiatives with service strategies and roadmaps
- Ensure reliable service delivery according to agreed SLAs and commitments
- Lead or participate in digital and IT initiatives affecting Engineering, including segment-level and corporate-led projects
- Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, Product Management, Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams
- Support change management, adoption, and value realization
Requirements
What you’ll need- College degree or equivalent industry experience
- 12+ years of professional experience
- 8+ years in an IT Business Partner, Business Relationship Manager, or similar role
- Experience working with Engineering and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
- Proven experience in IT project and portfolio management in complex business environments
- Strong track record of building governance models and senior stakeholder partnerships
- Broad working knowledge of ERP, analytics, integration, and automation
- Experience with ITIL, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar best-practice methodologies
- Experience working in global, virtual, and matrixed organizations
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Ability to translate business challenges into digital, automation, analytics, or AI-enabled solutions
- Strong understanding of emerging technology trends and their application to business value
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Structured, value-driven mindset focused on outcomes and execution
- Understanding of SQL, PowerQuery, Power BI, and Microsoft Power Platform
