About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct research and analyses on markets, competitors, customers, and partners
Coordinate projects, meetings, action items, and follow-ups
Sales support: research leads, prepare proposals, and maintain the CRM
Support marketing campaigns, content creation, and AI tools
Support HR activities such as recruitment, interviews, and onboarding
Strategy: challenge ideas, assumptions, and decisions
Support with anything else that arises in a growing company
Work closely with the founder every day via calls and chat
Gain insight into and contribute to sales, marketing, finance, HR, and strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need

You must be enrolled at a university or higher education institution throughout the entire internship. This is mandatory
You live in Switzerland or Germany
You are driven, fast-moving, and reliable. When you commit to something, you get it done
You think proactively, ask challenging questions, and contribute your own ideas
You communicate clearly and confidently in German; English is a plus
You enjoy working with digital tools and AI such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Google Workspace
