About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a dedicated Peroni brand expert and resource in the assigned market
  • Develop and maintain relationships with accounts, trade partners, and distributor partners
  • Increase brand awareness and growth through menu placements, distribution, and brand advocacy
  • Serve as brand category and mixology expert and obtain menu placements in influential accounts
  • Align with and participate in relevant local industry events
  • Execute brand promotions, tastings, and trainings with accounts, consumer/trade events, and distributor partners
  • Monitor customer and consumer trends and share insights
  • Maintain a calendar of activities and promotions and communicate effectively with distributors and the sales team
  • Provide bi-weekly market activity reports to the Regional Market Manager
  • Call on key on-premise and off-premise outlets to drive volume, velocity, distribution, and brand awareness
  • Use sales reports to measure brand performance and contribute to territory analysis and recommendations
  • Work with the local MCBC distributor, chain sales team, and distributor network
  • Participate in out-of-market sales blitzes
  • Maintain top-volume accounts through price features, staff rapport, and on-site activations
  • Submit weekly program documents and deliverables
  • Manage the assigned budget
  • Visit other markets quarterly as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Passionate, self-motivated, creative, responsible
  • Proactive communicator
  • Comfortable speaking to small groups and being seen as an expert
  • Great with people, from bartenders to distributors to consumers
  • Event management or promotional background is a plus
  • Previous experience in sales preferred
  • Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador preferred
  • Sound financial skills and experience managing a budget
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%
  • Bartending, Sommelier, Mixology experience a plus
  • Must be over 21 years of age
  • Must reside in/near the market location (Boston, Massachusetts)
  • Must be able to manage assigned budget and submit required program documents and deliverables on time
