About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide centralized support to sourcers and recruiters throughout the full-cycle recruiting process, from recruitment need through final interview and offer stage.
  • Process recruitment information, paperwork, offers, new-hire paperwork, and handoff to the PTPS team for orientation.
  • Support requisition openings, offer extensions, and associated documentation.
  • Gather, process, and maintain new-hire paperwork files for policy and legal compliance.
  • Format resumes and job descriptions in MS Word.
  • Maintain candidate files and finalize paperwork according to standards and legal requirements.
  • Close roles in the ATS, send SCF, enter offer details, notify orientation and HR partners, and enter Brand Trend information.
  • Conduct background checks and complete Auto Policy forms for teammates driving client vehicles.
  • Perform basic applicant screening by phone when requested.
  • Coordinate candidate interviews, including availability, confirmations, scheduling, on-site logistical support, and travel arrangements.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for job fairs and college recruiting events.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, networking groups, and public health organizations to improve community brand presence and applicant flow.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding HRM matters.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1 year of recruitment related experience.
  • Working within a high volume, full-cycle recruitment environment is highly preferred.
  • Experience with HR Information Systems, Applicant Tracking Systems, and related report generation experience a plus.
  • Additional language skills in Spanish an advantage.
  • Prior recruiting experience preferred.
  • Experience with detailed reporting and tracking advantageous.
  • Proven ability to perform administrative work of a complex nature utilizing strong organizational skills with a focus on details and accuracy.
  • Proven efficiency in a high volume, repetitive work environment.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and complete high volume of assigned work accurately.
  • Demonstrated success in working effectively and efficiently under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with all levels in the organization and communicate effectively regarding sensitive and confidential matters.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Working experience with MS Office applications and Google.
  • Proven ability to take initiative and build strong and productive personal relationships.
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated record of goal achievement.
  • Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and customer-service orientation skills, with the motivation and ability to function independently or as a team member.
