About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and build solutions using TeamDynamix products such as iPaaS and Conversational AI
- Design, build, and maintain automations and integrations between TeamDynamix solutions and client systems
- Train customers on iPaaS best practices and automation strategies
- Gather and document integration and automation requirements
- Collaborate with clients to validate solutions
- Configure, test, and optimize integrations for performance and reliability
- Identify innovative applications of automation and technology to solve customer challenges
- Provide proactive technical support and resolve problems to minimize downtime
- Serve as a technical resource for the Professional Services team
- Manage multiple client assignments and priorities
- Provide project updates to management
- Contribute to knowledge base content and best practices
- Improve service delivery processes for efficiency and resource utilization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in a related field of business or equivalent work experience
- 1–3+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, solutions engineering, or solution automation in SaaS environments
- 3+ years of experience working directly with customers in a technical environment
- Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, APIs, and web services
- Experience with iPaaS platforms or no-code/low-code automation tools (preferred)
- Exposure to or hands-on experience with Java, JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell
- Strong communication skills engaging technical teams and executive stakeholders
- Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to translate business needs into creative, scalable technical solutions
- Flexibility to shift between advisory, consulting, and support roles
- Experience with conversational AI or virtual service agent technologies (a plus)
- Candidates located in the U.S.
