About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own renewal, growth, and day-to-day relationships for TeamViewer’s sub-$10K enterprise customers across the Americas
- Own every renewal opportunity under $10K ARR assigned in Salesforce from first outreach through closed renewal
- Forecast renewals weekly alongside Account Managers and Account Executives
- Run proactive renewal cycles with an owner, plan, and next step for every renewal
- Grow revenue through seat expansion, add-ons, and corporate or premium license upgrades
- Work inbound purchase intent under $10K as the default owner
- Identify accounts with potential to exceed $10K ARR, qualify opportunities, document triggers, and hand them to Account Executives or Account Managers
- Drive adoption through feature enablement, roadmap conversations, and adoption reviews
- Triage support friction, route tickets to Support, follow up to resolution, and escalate stalled issues
- Keep Salesforce opportunity stages, close dates, next steps, and handoff records current
- Operate within the agreement between the Specialist and strategic account owners
- Reduce churn, attain expansion quota, generate qualified handoffs, and maintain forecast accuracy
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3 years in a quota-carrying or pipeline-generating role — inside sales, SDR/BDR, renewals, or account management
- SaaS or technology strongly preferred
- Comfortable owning retention and expansion targets, weekly forecasting, and being measured on results
- Ability to manage a large renewal book with consistent cadence and clean CRM hygiene
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Curious and consultative approach to roadmap, adoption, and customer needs
- Clear, confident communication by phone, video, and email
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate small commercial terms
- Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
