About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive continuous improvement of QA activities' effectiveness and efficiency
- Develop, review, and execute comprehensive test plans covering requirements and use cases
- Collaborate with QAs from different teams to address common challenges and share best practices
- Monitor and maintain daily automated regression runs
- Detect regressions early and ensure they are resolved promptly
- Participate in grooming sessions with the Scrum team
- Contribute user-focused expertise to product development
- Ensure quality is considered throughout the development process
- Work on innovative technology and products across multiple platforms
Requirements
What you’ll need- A degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in testing or software development
- Deep understanding of testing methodologies and best practices
- Experience in automation testing or software development is a big plus
- Experience designing and implementing test plans
- Familiarity with either Windows or MacOS in depth
- Knowledge of Linux and mobile environments is advantageous
- Previous exposure to Jira and TestRail is beneficial
- Fluent English communication, both spoken and written, is mandatory
- Ability to collaborate with international teams
