About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design product concepts that balance vision, business potential, and intuitive user experiences
- Craft product features from ideation to pixel-perfect execution
- Work with the UX Research team and customers to understand needs and integrate feedback into product roadmaps and design iterations
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and team leads to support implementation and address design-related queries
- Support the evolving design system as the company scales
- Design within technical, business, and time constraints while balancing innovation and practicality
- Contribute to TeamViewer’s digital workplace platform connecting people with technology and automating digital processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- A university, college degree or certification in Product Design, UX design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design or any other related subject
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design within a product or software development team
- Well-rounded skills and experience to run projects independently end to end
- Experience in creating prototypes or detailed mockups to create clear and visually appealing human interfaces
- Proficiency in communicating complex design concepts clearly across different levels of the organization
- Strong understanding of user-centered design, user research, user testing, rapid prototyping, usability, and accessibility
- Proven skills and working history in design and implementation of automated test plans
