About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and implement APIs and integrations between TeamViewer Frontline and customer systems
- Configure and develop operator workflows using Frontline’s custom configuration language
- Build and configure customer-facing web interfaces as part of customer solutions
- Configure and deploy Frontline in customer environments and connect workflows to backend data
- Work directly with customers to understand requirements, resolve technical issues, and troubleshoot implementations
- Develop product features and share implementation feedback with the product team
- Provide occasional L3 support on an as-needed basis
- Travel occasionally for customer-related activities, approximately two to three times per year for up to one week per trip
- Work with TeamViewer Frontline, a platform for building and deploying applications for frontline workers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands-on experience with Java, Spring, React, SQL, Git, and JSON
- Familiarity with macOS and confidence using the command line
- Familiarity with Bash scripting, Docker, Hibernate, and Kubernetes is a plus
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, and SSL
- Ability to approach unfamiliar or ambiguous technical problems in a structured way and make sound technical decisions
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and strong collaboration skills
- Fluent in English
- German is a plus
