About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead one of TeamViewer’s Integrations & Partner Enablement engineering teams
  • Connect TeamViewer products to enterprise systems such as ERP, WMS and MES
  • Enable partners to build integrations independently
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of full stack engineers
  • Run regular 1:1s, provide feedback, support career growth and manage performance
  • Design solutions, write code, review pull requests and set the team’s technical bar
  • Own delivery from planning and estimation through release and support
  • Balance new capabilities with quality and technical debt
  • Translate customer and partner needs into technical solutions and team priorities with Product Management
  • Work with customers, partners and system integrators to understand processes and create reusable standard solutions
  • Drive agile working practices, testing, CI/CD, code reviews and documentation
  • Drive responsible adoption of AI-assisted development
  • Support hiring and onboarding as the team grows
  • Build a culture of open communication, ownership and accountability
  • Collaborate with engineering, Product Management and Architecture teams in Europe

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A university or college degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering
  • 2+ years of experience leading engineers as a Team Lead, Tech Lead or similar, including coaching and giving feedback
  • Strong hands-on experience with Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot or Node.js/TypeScript
  • Experience with React and TypeScript
  • Strong background in enterprise integration: REST APIs, data mapping and transformation, event-driven integration and messaging
  • Good understanding of authentication and authorization standards such as OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, Docker and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
  • Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot or Cursor
  • Clear view on how to use AI coding tools responsibly in a team
  • Experience working with distributed teams across time zones, with good working-hours overlap with Central European Time
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with customers, partners and stakeholders
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written
  • Nice to have: background in SAP consulting, systems integration, or an integration-platform/SDK product company
  • Nice to have: SAP integrations such as SAP EWM, SAP S/4HANA, OData, BAPI/RFC, IDoc, SAP BTP / Integration Suite
  • Nice to have: WMS or MES product experience and logistics, warehouse or manufacturing process knowledge
  • Nice to have: SDK, developer-tool or developer-documentation experience
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to Europe
  • Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States
