About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as an internal consultant in identifying, prioritizing, and implementing digital transformation initiatives

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or related fields
- Graduate degree or MBA in Digital Transformation, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Process Management, Innovation, or Strategy is desirable
- Required experience in digital transformation and continuous improvement
- Required experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
- Required experience working cross-functionally between business and technology
- Required experience developing business cases and performance indicators
- Required experience managing a portfolio of initiatives
- Required knowledge of BPM and process management, continuous improvement, Lean, performance indicators, project management, business cases, Process Mining tools, data analysis, Power BI, Generative Artificial Intelligence, Microsoft Copilot, and process automation
- Preferred knowledge of LLMs and Generative AI, AI Agents, Machine Learning, Prompt Engineering, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, ServiceNow, Process Intelligence, Cloud Computing, and Product Management
- Systems thinking, ability to structure complex problems, data-driven prioritization, process modeling, development of performance indicators, transformation governance, ability to influence without formal authority, executive communication, strategic thinking, analytical skills, negotiation, change leadership, initiative, results orientation, and ability to connect different areas of the organization
