About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design end-to-end solutions, translating business requirements into viable, scalable, and secure architectures
  • Define and maintain solution architecture standards aligned with enterprise architecture and the technology roadmap
  • Evaluate cost, risk, and time-to-market trade-offs, documenting architectural decisions
  • Lead cloud adoption and modernization strategies, including migration, cloud-native initiatives, and cost optimization
  • Ensure alignment with the pillars of security, reliability, performance, and cost efficiency
  • Drive process automation and AI initiatives, as outlined in the responsibilities section

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • Certifications in cloud computing, particularly AWS or Microsoft Azure, are desirable
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT Architecture, preferably with a focus on solution architecture
  • Strategic and business-oriented perspective, with the ability to translate objectives into technology solutions
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, serving as a bridge between business areas and technical teams
  • Technical leadership and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
  • Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
  • Negotiation skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a collaborative approach to teamwork
  • Initiative, commitment, and adaptability in changing environments
