About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Diagnose and troubleshoot incidents reported by customers, with support from senior professionals in more complex cases
- Implement workaround fixes and targeted corrections using Java/Spring and Angular
- Analyze logs, databases, and integrations to identify the root cause of reported issues
- Prioritize and handle tickets according to severity and SLA, in collaboration with N1 and N2 support teams
- Document analyses, diagnoses, and solutions applied, contributing to the continuous improvement of the team’s knowledge base
- Contribute to the stability, quality, and operational continuity of Techne’s Lyceum educational ERP
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer/Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience in full-stack development using Java
- Experience with the Spring Framework and Spring Boot
- Experience in front-end development using Angular
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs
- Experience with relational databases and SQL
- Experience with Git and version control
- Experience with software architecture
- Experience with system integration
- Experience with microservices and application decoupling
- Experience with Docker
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with automated testing and software development best practices
- Java certifications are a plus
- Spring Framework certifications are a plus
- Angular or React certifications are a plus
- Docker certifications are a plus
- DevOps certifications are a plus
- Scrum or Kanban certifications are a plus
- Experience with products serving the education sector is a plus
- Experience with technology transformation and systems modernization projects is a plus
- Knowledge of AI-assisted software engineering is a plus
- Oracle certifications (Java platform) are a plus
