About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and evolve the architecture of integration systems and satellite applications
Lead the development of robust REST APIs and messaging solutions
Design and implement advanced observability strategies, including structured logging, monitoring, and distributed tracing
Serve as a technical reference and mentor for junior and mid-level developers
Conduct code reviews and ensure the adoption of Clean Code, SOLID, and DDD principles
Lead integrations with Azure Event Hub, Apache Kafka, or RabbitMQ
Implement intelligent reprocessing and idempotency
Propose and implement front-end modernization solutions, migrating to or integrating Angular, React, and similar technologies
Explore mobile initiatives
Work with CI/CD and automated deployment on Azure, including App Service and containers
Configure comprehensive system monitoring

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Advanced proficiency in .NET 8/ASP.NET Core
Strong experience with REST APIs and EF Core
Hands-on expertise with Azure Event Hub, Apache Kafka, or RabbitMQ
Knowledge of checkpointing and reprocessing
Experience with Serilog
Experience with monitoring using Prometheus/Grafana/Loki
Knowledge of distributed tracing, such as OpenTelemetry, is a plus
Proficiency with SQL Server
Experience with MongoDB or non-relational databases
Experience with MVC Razor and involvement with Angular or React
Experience in native mobile development, Xamarin, MAUI, or hybrid development is a plus
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Azure deployment, and container management with Docker and Kubernetes
At least 3 years of experience in software development or similar roles
Experience with system integration projects is a plus
Ability to propose innovative solutions for optimizing internal processes
Knowledge of Git and Agile methodologies
Experience with cloud environments and secure development
