About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the quotation process from budgetary stage through pricing approval and submission
- Manage order processes and contract management
- Coordinate ITT and prequalification reviews and prepare techno-commercial quotations and tender packages
- Review tender requirements and coordinate inputs from Sales, Aftermarket, Engineering, Planning & Procurement, QA, HSES, Finance, and other stakeholders
- Prepare tender schedules, monitor deliverables, and facilitate bid kick-off and tender review meetings
- Prepare and manage tender tables of contents, commercial documentation, and supporting documents
- Prepare and maintain Bills of Material for quotations, tenders, and customer proposals
- Verify BOM accuracy and develop and validate costs with the Estimating & Tender Support Team
- Coordinate order handover, launch activities, and order kick-off meetings after contract award
- Create and maintain sales orders in ERP systems and support contract execution
- Coordinate compliance with Local Content (TKDN) requirements and approved project budgets
- Communicate commercial deviations, exceptions, and contractual issues to Sales teams and customers
- Monitor and verify Local Content achievement and support post-audit activities
- Coordinate contractual reviews, cash flow assessments, financial risk evaluations, payment term reviews, and customer credit assessments
- Secure approvals for legal and financial deviations from company policies
- Prepare vendor registration and renewal documents and formal commercial correspondence
- Support contract amendments and purchase order revisions
- Develop Local Content strategies, optimize sourcing plans, and prepare Local Content calculations and declarations
- Support HSE campaigns, safety culture, People & Culture initiatives, employee engagement programs, and training campaigns
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of technical and commercial experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commercial operations, project management, tendering and proposal preparation, procurement, contract administration, or related functions
- Experience in the industrial, manufacturing, energy, or oil & gas sectors is preferred
- Good to have: Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or S/4HANA
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail with a strong commitment to compliance, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
- Strong safety culture and quality mindset
- Ability to manage ERP systems, Microsoft Office, Excel, negotiation, and communication
