About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute installation, testing, repair, and maintenance of new and reworked TechnipFMC and other brands’ equipment and tools under field conditions
  • Perform service jobs, training, and other assigned tasks at designated locations
  • Prepare equipment, service tooling, and spare parts and verify they are ready and fit for use
  • Record dimensions, weights, temperatures, pressures, flow rates, equipment status, space-outs, and test pressures
  • Complete safety documentation, risk assessments, field service reports, job logs, work orders, and non-conformance reports
  • Promote safe work practices and comply with QHSE, the Quality Management System, Life-Saving Rules, and the company code of ethics
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders about procedures, parts requirements, measurements, safety, and operational improvements
  • Represent TechnipFMC professionally, handle customer complaints, and identify business improvement opportunities
  • Maintain TechnipFMC assets according to established procedures
  • Support new projects, including Factory Acceptance Tests and Systems Integration Testing
  • Complete assigned training and competency assessments
  • Report project execution matters to the Service Project Manager and escalate critical issues
  • Support Management of Change processes and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • UAE National
  • High school diploma, apprenticeship, or equivalent technical diploma
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, subsea equipment, hydraulics equipment, mechanical equipment and tools, or structural steel
  • Work experience can compensate for lack of formal education
  • 0–6 months of Oil and Gas experience
  • 3–5 years professional work history in lieu of advanced schooling
  • Safety certifications including T-BOSIET, H2S, ADNOC Safety Inductions, and CPR
  • TechnipFMC Service Skills Training
  • OGUK or equivalent medical screening
  • Valid driving license
  • Ability to read and understand drawings
  • Ability to use technical tools and instruments required to perform duties
  • Professional-level English reading, writing, and speaking
  • Arabic is a plus
  • Proactive attitude
  • Ability to work in a team and in a stressful, fast-paced environment
  • Communication and listening skills with peers and supervisors
