About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute installation, testing, repair, and maintenance of TechnipFMC and other brands’ equipment and tools under field conditions
- Prepare and deliver jobs in international environments, including national and international service assignments
- Ensure equipment, service tooling, backup, and spare parts are present, ready, and fit for use
- Prepare and submit field service reports, job logs, and required documentation
- Record dimensions, weights, temperatures, pressures, and flow rates for testing, operation, and assembly reviews
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding job procedures, parts requirements, and critical measurements
- Drive the company-provided service vehicle in accordance with driving rules
- Provide sales support and keep customers informed about all aspects of the job
- Represent TechnipFMC professionally, handle customer complaints, and identify business improvement opportunities
- Complete safety documentation and promote safe work practices
- Uphold the Quality Management System, QHSE requirements, and company code of ethics
- Complete Field Non-Conformance Reports and communicate equipment and procedural defects to the Service Coordinator
- Report daily to the Service Project Manager and escalate business-critical operational, customer, or personnel matters
- Support Management of Change processes and promote safety, knowledge, professionalism, and customer success
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma, apprenticeship, or equivalent technical diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Work experience can compensate for lack of formal education
- 1.5 to 3 years of direct surface pressure control-related experience in onshore and offshore environments
- 3–6 years of Oil and Gas experience indirectly with wellhead or other highly technical services and products
- 3–5 years of professional work history in lieu of advanced schooling
- Safety certifications including, but not limited to, T-BOSIET, H2S, ADNOC Safety Inductions, and CPR
- TechnipFMC Service Skills Training
- OGUK or equivalent medical screening
- Basic knowledge of electrical, subsea equipment, hydraulics equipment, mechanical equipment and tools, or structural steel
- Ability to read and understand drawings
- Ability to use technical tools and instruments required to perform duties
- Professional-level English reading, writing, and speaking
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office, job ticketing platforms, and engineering tools
- Ability to work in a team and in a stressful, fast-paced environment
- Proactive attitude, communication and listening skills, and alignment with TechnipFMC core values and foundational beliefs
