About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide operational support for the Learning Management System (LMS), including course administration, content uploads, learning assignments, and troubleshooting user queries
Support learning and knowledge management activities in Portuguese
Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to manage learning content, track deliverables, and ensure timely completion of activities
Review, update, and enhance learning materials
Support translation, localisation, and validation of learning content in Portuguese
Collaborate with global teams to resolve LMS-related issues and improve learning processes and user experience
Provide support for English-language learning content and other L&KM activities as required
Maintain operational documentation, trackers, and reports while adhering to established processes and quality standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–7 years of relevant experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field
Strong stakeholder management skills, preferably with experience working with global stakeholders
Experience working in a multicultural, cross-cultural environment
Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably SAP SuccessFactors
Familiarity with learning operations, content management, and LMS support activities
Proficiency in Portuguese for language-specific learning requirements
