About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the tender phase to establish customer quality requirements
  • Provide Quality support and guidance to project and site teams throughout the project lifecycle
  • Promote a Quality culture on projects and sites, including implementation of best practices and continuous improvement
  • Facilitate RCA/CARs to ensure completeness and adequacy of controls
  • Perform Client Satisfaction Surveys and follow up on results
  • Lead development and approval of Quality Plans and Inspection and Test Plans
  • Review Quality-related documentation
  • Analyze lessons learned and apply relevant learnings
  • Lead project audits and reviews and follow up on findings
  • Identify problems and drive solutions through implementation and sustainment
  • Verify effectiveness of systems for improvement or compliance
  • Participate in project risk assessment workshops
  • Collaborate with suppliers and Supplier Quality
  • Monitor, report, and analyze KPIs
  • Compile and analyze quality data, identify trends and causes, and propose corrective actions
  • Implement corrective and preventive action systems and track NCR closures
  • Resolve operational issues involving customer third-party representatives
  • Configure and update the Quality Management System and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Recommend employee training
  • Report progress and handle inquiries with Client quality representatives
  • Assist in defining project objectives and KPI metrics and propose corrective actions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree preferably with a specialization in Quality
  • Engineering degree for Quality Engineer only
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in oil and gas field
  • Good understanding and knowledge of all main procedures and Management systems
  • Some project management skills
  • Presentation and some coaching skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Capable of producing standard quality documents
  • Knowledgeable in how changes influence project cost
  • Capable of leading internal meetings
  • English
