About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Implement and administer project and company policies and procedures to achieve project and business objectives
  • Ensure quotes, spares, and tools are ready in ServiceMax; review procedures and maintain the three-month rig-board schedule
  • Coordinate with assets and support customer RFIs
  • Manage customer drilling forecasts, material requirements, and inventory
  • Complete pre-mobilization Duty of Care steps, create CWOs in Smax, assign technicians, confirm rig-board dates, and hold pre-job meetings
  • Provide operational and technical support for VISIO drawings, DBIs, and activity coordination
  • Maintain job-report filing and coordinate with field service technicians during offshore operations
  • Manage service tools for offshore and workshop operations
  • Attend operational meetings and present new equipment to drilling engineers
  • Support 24/7 service call-outs, including off-hours support for equipment failures and urgent operations
  • Conduct daily check-ins with field service technicians and support technical needs and Duty of Care steps during jobs
  • Reduce downtime through checklists and direct field service technician communication
  • Approve and export CWO packages, conduct post-job briefs, request restocking, ensure invoicing, and update repair status
  • Lead or participate in EFNCR and customer nonconformance closeouts
  • Review and update ICPs and customer reports
  • Manage stack-up tests and site visits as required
  • Act as TechnipFMC focal point for defined customers, handling daily operations and administration
  • Support sales and business-development efforts, including upselling and contract discussions
  • Track project timelines and liaise with MMR for repairs and local manufacturing
  • Plan workover material and MOC for flow-line hook-ups
  • Provide field service technician performance feedback
  • Ensure asset readiness through planning with the asset-management team and maintaining asset-demand forecasts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in engineering or a technical subject preferred, but not essential if compensated by substantial field experience
  • In-depth understanding of oilfield operations, wellhead equipment, and project management methodologies
  • Hands-on field experience in wellhead or related oil & gas operations preferred
  • Proven track record managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Experience with TechnipFMC systems and UAE onshore and offshore operations is a significant advantage
  • Experience with North America Unconventional and Independent Operators as a customer is a significant advantage
  • BOSIET and H2S awareness are required
  • TechnipFMC HSE and quality programs knowledge is a plus
  • Additional certifications in project management or Lean Six Sigma, such as PMP, are a plus
  • Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Arabic and French are a plus
  • High resilience and ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
  • Cultural awareness and ability to work with diverse, multidisciplinary teams
  • Initiative, autonomy, and proactive problem-solving

  • Advanced proficiency in reading and updating engineering drawings using Visio and CAD
