About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assemble, disassemble, inspect, test, and maintain TechnipFMC and customer equipment according to specifications and quality standards
  • Perform pressure testing, refurbishment, and maintenance activities
  • Complete technical and quality documentation, including test and inspection reports
  • Safely operate tools, equipment, and material-handling devices for workshop and logistics activities
  • Support cost tracking and work-order execution by recording data in company systems
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment according to health, safety, and environmental policies
  • Report operational, quality, and safety issues to the Workshop Manager and log them in appropriate systems
  • Work closely with workshop colleagues and report to the Workshop Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • (V)MBO/TL qualification in Engineering or a related field
  • Experience in a technical or workshop environment (energy industry experience is a plus)
  • Proficient in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
  • Skilled in working with hand tools and power tools
  • Basic experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Flexible and able to adapt to a dynamic work environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work well in a team and independently
  • Performs well under pressure, with a strong sense of responsibility and safety awareness
  • Able to prioritize tasks in coordination with the Workshop Manager
  • Open to giving and receiving constructive feedback
