About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business needs for Salesforce CPQ implementations
- Lead Salesforce CPQ configuration
- Use Salesforce tools like Flows and Price Rules to streamline and automate business processes
- Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices for performance, scalability, and security
- Act as the primary point of contact, guiding clients through implementation and post-deployment support
- Provide training to ensure high adoption rates and effective use of Salesforce CPQ
- Maintain clear and comprehensive technical and business documentation
- Continuously learn and apply the latest Salesforce CPQ features and industry trends, including DocuSign and Conga
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3 years of experience with Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) and Sales Cloud
- Proven track record of configuring and implementing Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) solutions
- Proficient in Salesforce automation tools (Flows) and complex CPQ configurations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to address challenges and propose innovative solutions
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects, delivering solutions on time and within scope
- Salesforce certifications such as CPQ Specialist or Sales Cloud Consultant are highly desirable
- Experience with Docusign and Conga is a plus
