About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide administrative support for working groups, forums, committees and councils, including website updates, agendas, meeting invitations, room set-up, registration, follow-ups and minutes
  • Act as a point of contact for member and stakeholder inquiries and engagement with public sector programmes
  • Provide ad hoc administrative and subject matter support, including research, briefings, profiles, presentations, insights, newsletter content and emails
  • Support event planning, development and execution
  • Provide ad hoc diary management support
  • Buy tickets and book hotels, and provide travel support for trade events, conferences and member meetings
  • Manage credit card expenses with accounts
  • Maintain CRM data for member contacts, engagement and prospecting
  • Support stakeholder mapping and maintain stakeholder contact, engagement and interaction data
  • Support presentation development
  • Train programme team colleagues and new starters

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to manage competing priorities at short deadlines
  • Competence in using MS Office Suite and CRM platforms
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
  • Experience in CRM systems and data management is desired
  • Must have permission to work in the UK prior to commencement of employment
