About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform electric utility GIS data maintenance activities, including design updates, as-built incorporation, asset validation, and QA
Work on GE Smallworld for maintaining and updating electric utility network data
Interpret as-built drawings, design documents, and engineering information and incorporate updates into GIS
Maintain accurate information related to electric distribution assets, network connectivity, topology, and GIS data

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–4 years of experience in Electric Utility Data Maintenance
Hands-on experience with GE Smallworld GIS
Good understanding of electric distribution assets and utility networks
Experience in GIS data maintenance, updates, and validation
Knowledge of network connectivity and topology
Ability to interpret as-built and design documents
Good understanding of GIS data modelling
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
