About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the development team’s primary technical point of contact
Technically lead the development, maintenance, enhancement, and support of software applications and solutions
Define, assess, and support the evolution of solution architecture
Participate in the technical definition and prioritization of requirements, assessing complexity, effort, risks, dependencies, and impacts
Conduct technical and code reviews
Lead system development, modernization, refactoring, migration, integration, and enhancement initiatives
Analyze and resolve medium- and high-complexity technical issues, including critical incidents, systemic failures, performance issues, vulnerabilities, and technical debt
Conduct root cause analyses and propose preventive solutions
Promote Agile development and DevOps practices, including CI/CD, build automation, testing, deployment, observability, and monitoring
Define and support testing, quality, and automation strategies
Identify and mitigate technical risks
Ensure the definition, maintenance, and standardization of technical documentation
Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Infrastructure, Information Security, Data, UX, Operations, and business teams
Support Product Managers, Product Owners, and stakeholders with technical feasibility assessments, estimates, prioritization, and scope definition
Participate in Agile ceremonies
Track technical indicators related to quality, availability, performance, test coverage, incidents, and technical debt
Lead improvements in performance, scalability, availability, security, and efficiency
Support professionals at different levels in problem-solving and the development of technical skills
Balance quality, deadlines, complexity, risks, technology costs, and business needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree completed
Experience as a Tech Lead
Experience with PHP, .NET, and cloud technologies
Experience with .NET using C#
Knowledge of Agile methodologies
Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days onsite in Morumbi, São Paulo, and 2 days working from home
Availability to work under a Brazilian PJ contractor arrangement
Previous experience in financial services companies is a plus
