About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with team leadership to shape project strategy and determine prioritization and delivery
- Manage multiple concurrent creative projects and workflows
- Maintain a prioritized project schedule accounting for team capacity
- Lead regular status check-ins with the team and stakeholders
- Translate ambiguous requirements into clear, actionable plans
- Write creative briefs covering stakeholders, audience, goals, timeline, and budget
- Build agendas and run efficient meetings
- Advocate for the team’s perspective while setting realistic expectations
- Build relationships with freelancers and vendors to scale capacity
- Plan for busy periods and track change requests
- Identify and defuse timeline risks
- Run post-project debriefs to identify wins, misses, and improvement areas
- Collaborate with Brand Creative, internal teams, freelancers, external partners, and agencies
- Report to the Creative Director
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years managing end-to-end creative processes
- Knowledge of creative workflows, including graphic design, branding, digital photography, motion graphics, and illustration
- Proactive and strategic problem-solving skills
- Collaborative mindset and ability to take direction and feedback
- Flexibility in a fast-paced environment
- Track record of spotting challenges early and solving them
- Strong time-management skills and ability to juggle multiple large projects
- Skilled, confident negotiation across contracts, timelines, and budgets
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Strong proficiency with Airtable, Google Suite, and Dropbox
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma is a plus
