About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts
  • Own client relationships, technology scope, and delivery across multiple concurrent projects
  • Spend significant time on-site managing technology scope alongside construction teams, contractors, and client stakeholders
  • Use technical expertise to make real-time field decisions, review deliverables for quality, and maintain client trust through construction and commissioning
  • Manage design team coordination
  • Lead client meetings
  • Drive construction administration
  • Review submittals and RFIs
  • Ensure projects close out cleanly
  • At senior levels, own major accounts with multiple active projects
  • Mentor junior TPMs and engineers
  • Contribute to growing client accounts and TEECOM’s presence with clients
  • Complete a structured Discipline Assessment to establish level and demonstrated capability
  • Work with recruiting and leadership teams to match the assessed profile to the best available team opening

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Technical background in at least one technology discipline (ICT/Telecom, Security, AV, Wireless, or similar)
  • Ability to review drawings, discuss design decisions, and troubleshoot issues in the field
  • Experience managing technology consulting or AEC projects through the full lifecycle: design, construction administration, and commissioning
  • Comfort being on-site regularly; the role requires field presence across active projects
  • Client-facing ownership and accountability for project outcomes
  • Strong commercial and financial management skills, including scope, contracts, budgets, schedules, and risk
  • Strong technical communication skills
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects across a single client account or portfolio
  • Degree in any four-year engineering discipline, construction project management, technology management, or a related technical field, or equivalent hands-on experience
  • PMP certification or equivalent preferred
