About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Advise customers on implementing and making optimal use of the tegossuite ERP solution
Analyze business processes and customer requirements and develop suitable solution concepts
Participate in workshops focused on requirements gathering, process design, and solution development
Configure and set up solutions in collaboration with customers, Consulting, and Development
Support testing, user training, and go-lives; depending on experience, lead these activities independently
Create and maintain functional specifications, documentation, test cases, and training materials
Capture optimization and enhancement requests and coordinate with the Development team
Collaborate with colleagues from Consulting, Development, Support, and Project Management
Take on your own sub-projects and responsibility for customer solutions as your experience grows
Support companies in the recycling and circular economy sectors with the tegossuite cloud solution

Requirements

What you’ll need

Interest in digital business processes, software solutions, and consulting
Initial to several years of experience with ERP systems, business software, process digitalization, or related fields—or the motivation to transition into this area as a career changer
Enjoy understanding customer requirements and developing suitable solutions together
Strong affinity for IT and willingness to learn new applications and processes
Excellent communication skills and a structured, reliable, and solution-oriented approach to work
Very good German and good English skills
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or another ERP system (nice to have)
Experience in ERP consulting, as a key user, or as a business software user (nice to have)
Exposure to document management, digital document delivery, portals, contract management, or workflow solutions (nice to have)
Experience with workshops, process analysis, testing, training, or ERP/digitalization projects (nice to have)
Knowledge of Simova add-on solutions or comparable software solutions (nice to have)
